PRODUCTS & QUALITY

The type of installation you should choose depends on the type of recessed cans you have. Spring installation downlights are hooked into the cans existing C-clips. Easy installation downlights are held into the can using friction (perfect for older cans without existing C-clips). You can view all installation instructions and specifications on the product page for each light!

If the product specifications of the light state that it is either Wet or Damp Location Rated, then yes! Our damp and wet location rating means that the fixture has been approved to be installed in places like in the shower or under your soffit on your porch.

For your reference, please download the Compatible Dimmer List directly from the product page. All listed dimmer models have been tested to function properly with our lights. We recommend choosing one of the listed dimmer models.

If the model number of your existing dimmer is not listed on our Compatible Dimmer List, this does not necessarily mean that it will not work with our lights, but it does means that this is a model that we have not tested. Therefore, we cannot guarantee it will work correctly. We do highly recommend using one of the listed compatible dimmer models to avoid any possible issues.

This is dependent on the capacity of your dimmer. Please follow your dimmer's instructions.

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. You can see the exact sales tax on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.

Prior to placing your online order, please create an online account and send in a copy of your tax exemption certificate to our Customer Support Team at support@iluminpro.ca. Our Customer Support Team will reach out to you within 1-2 business day with further instructions.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 to Canada or USA. If you order is less than $100, there will be a shipping fee of $10 or more applied at checkout.

We currently ship to Canada or USA. Our team is working hard to expand to more countries in the future. To stay up to date on our progress, we recommend you subscribe to our newsletter, so you can be first to know when we expand!

We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. We do our best to ensure that all orders ship next business day. If your order is placed before 12:00PM, we will ship same day. Please note our warehouse does not operate over the weekend, all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday. While we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible, there may occasionally be a delay of up to 2 business days after weekends or holidays.

We use UPS, DHL, Canada Post to ship your order and the typically expected shipping timeframe is 2 to 6 business days depending on your shipping address. Please keep in mind delivery may take longer during or after holiday, or during times of unexpected weather conditions. We always do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

RETURNS

Parmida strives to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. Our products are of high quality, and we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request to return the merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. Please note, you are responsible for shipping back the products to our warehouse for refund.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can start a return request to send your items back for a full refund. In the meantime, while we process your refund, you can go ahead and purchase a different product on our website.

Our returns department typically takes 2-3 business days to process returns once the package has arrived back at our facility. Once we have accounted for your return package, we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
