Return policy

Cancellation policy:

We are happy to assist you in the cancellation of any order prior to shipment. Please call EZRA Lighting Customer Care at 204-807-0571 to request cancellation of your order. We will verify the order status and process your cancellation and refund immediately if the order has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, we will assist you in starting the return process as per the ezra-mb.com Return Policy.


Return Policy Canada and United States:

*Risk-Free Returns Program for Canada and United States
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes you may not know if the product is going to meet your expectation for the space it was meant for, until you open the box and see it in person.
*To be illegible for the “Risk free return program”, the return must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
We offer pre-paid returns on items able to ship via UPS within 30 days of receipt from within Canadian Provinces (Do not apply to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and from within the 48 Contiguous United States (Do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
1. Request a return by Contacting our Customer Support Team within 30 days of purchase.
Iluminprp does not cover the cost of shipping returned items; however, we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label and deduct the total cost from your refund.
2. Once approved, EZRA Lighting will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Please send your return item(s) to this address:

We recommend adding a signature requirement on shipments valued over $500.
4. Once your return is received, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

International Order :

We are unable to accept remorse returns for international orders. All international orders are considered final sale.

Damaged Items :

Please inspect your product immediately after you've received it. If the item appears to be damaged, please take photos of the damage and email them along with your order information to support@ezra.ca
Refunds
1. To qualify for a full refund, item must be:
   a. Unused
   b. In original packaging
   c. Include all components
2. EZRA Lighting will email you refund details once your item has been received and inspected.
3. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be posted on your original payment method.
